Real Estate Empower has been created to help agents get to the next level. It has been created by Prabhjit Singh, who is the lead instructor and motivational speaker. He currently instructs classes throughout Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He designs his classes to give back more to the agents, while making sure that the students are having a great time. A sure sign that you are attending one of his classes is that he is distributing free gifts to you for your participation. As he states in the beginning of each of his classes, “It pays to participate!”
Being a full-time real estate agent himself, he understands the need for continuing education and further education. At the top of requirements for each class is that the agents leave the class with the knowledge and ability to understand the transaction better; understand the client; and make the entire process better, smoother, quicker, less stressful, and more effective. The reason is two-fold. By making the process smoother for their clients, they will place themselves in a position to receive referrals from them, as well as the only way to ensure that there is quality maintained with each case; this can only occur if there is a streamlined process from beginning to end. Following this philosophy is the only way agents ensure themselves to get referrals on a continuous basis.
As well, agents must keep up-to-date with laws affecting their business. If they do not understand the laws that regulate their industry they will be unable to do the best for their client, and therefore for themselves. Also, they must have a very good understanding of real estate and the variables that affect its pricing. It is for those reasons alone that rempower.com was created–to continually educate agents on the laws, real estate market, as well as give them the motivational, sales, and marketing education that they need to go out and sell!
