So I have not written anything recently, because in all honesty not much has changed.  The situation has not gotten much better.  Until now, Suze Orman is allowing individuals to download her book for FREE until Thursday, January 15th.

This book is not your typical ebook!  It really has very good information on your FICO Score, retirement investing, savings, spending sheets, real estate, paying for college, insurance and much more!  This is the book you need to read, understand, and use to really keep it together over the next year!

If you have seen the graphs that I showed you in a previous post, you will see that we are going to see an increase in Alt-A and Pay Option Arm resets this year.  How do we personally stay recession proof?  We become educated!  I think the best thing you can do is download this book, read it, and put it into action!
