Pay More to Renew MD License!
If you have not heard - your dues are going up to renew your MD license! Lucky you! Well don’t feel left out as DC has increased there fee by $50.00 due to the mayor taking millions from the real estate guaranty and education fund. But that is another story.
So if you are wondering how much it is going up after March 1, 2009, it is the following:
Fees charged by the Commission are as follows:
A. Original license fees: (includes $20 for Guaranty Fund)
(1) Broker $210;
(2) Associate Broke $150;
(3) Salesperson $110;
B. License renewal fees:
(1)Broker $190;
(2) Associate Broke $130;
(3) Salesperson $ 90;
C. Reactivation of inactive license $ 50;
D. Reinstatement of license/late fee $150;
E. Branch Office license $ 25;
F. Broker business name change $ 25 for each license under broker;
G. Personal name change $ 25;
H. Transfer to another broker $ 25;
I. Duplicate license/pocket card $ 25;
J. Certificate of license history $ 25 for 5-year history;
K. Certificate of license history $ 75 for a full history;
