Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is Prabhjit Singh's background ?
There are few who live and breathe real estate like Prabhjit Singh. He has been involved in the industry since he was 13 years old. His family, though not being involved in real estate investment, was involved in lending, and home sales, which helped nurture his interest and expose him to the many different facets of the real estate industry. He discovered a passion for investment at an early age, and honed his skills in finding the good deals – properties that had high value for the price.
Prabhjit received his undergraduate degree in business from Johns Hopkins University. Since then he has taken a multitude of classes and has an intimate knowledge of nearly all aspects of real estate, including commercial, residential, investment, contracts, 1031 exchanges and property taxation. He has gotten many designations under his belt, but the one he is most proud of is the GRI or Graduate of the Realtor Institute designation. His knowledge of the industry and keen knack for negotiation make him a force to be reckoned with during any settlement transaction.

2. What does REMPOWER.com mean?
REMPOWER stands for Real Estate Empower. We strongly believe that each real estate agent should have the education and skills to improve their business, understand the ins and outs of real estate, as well as their legal obligations to their client and of the real estate transaction -- enough to understand what they need get accomplished within the transaction. At the end of the day, this is the only way they will be able to explain to their client the benefit they bring to the transaction. The other area in which REMPOWER tries to ensure real estate agents attain knowledge is investing in real estate. Far too often, real estate agents, although they have the opportunity to do some real estate investing, either for their client or to expand their own business, do not because they lack the necessary education.
3. What makes Real Estate Empower different?
Real Estate Empower is different because we believe strongly in working with the agents to have them become more educated and continue educating themselves. We instruct via our podcasts, rempower newsletter, and through the resources on the website. These resources allow the real estate agents to come and ask us questions. We are also one of the only websites that has a coaching segment of our company. This inclusion is in an effort to continually to coach agents and get them to the next level.
