Code of Ethics, Flipping and Predatory Lending |
3 | 3 |
Students will not only learn the real estate ethics, but also how to use the real estate ethics outline as an outline for your own real estate business. What the consumer does want is an agent who is loyal, trustworthy, hardworking, and highly educated. In addition, once a client has a great experience, why would they not want to tell all of their friends and family? Using ethics as the outline for a business creates a business with longevity, as it involves continuous referral business.
